Dress Code
During the day, casual, resort-style attire including shorts and jeans is welcome in all lounges and dining venues. Swimsuits, brief shorts, cover-ups, and exercise attire should be reserved for poolside, on deck, or in the spa and fitness center.
Each day, the ship includes a suggested dress advisory for lounges and dining venues onboard after 6:00 p.m. It will be specified as one of the following:
Resort Casual: Slacks and a sweater or shirt for men; sundress, skirt, or slacks with a sweater or blouse for women. Jeans are not considered appropriate in The Restaurant.
Elegantly Casual: Slacks with a jacket over a sweater or shirt for men. Dress, skirt, or pants with a sweater or blouse for women. Jeans are not considered appropriate in The Restaurant.
Formal Optional: White Elegantly Casual is always appropriate during the evening, a Formal Optional evening will be provided for guests who wish to dress more formally at least once each seven days. This attire includes a tuxedo or dark suit with tie for men, and a cocktail dress or other formal apparel for women. No jeans are allowed in any of the lounges or dining venues on Formal Optional evenings.
As a rule of thumb, Formal Optional evenings are scheduled as follows:
Cruises up to 13 days: One Formal Optional evening
Cruises of 14 to 20 days: Two Formal Optional evenings
Cruises of 21 or more days: Three Formal and Optional evenings
(Note: World Cruises, Holiday voyages, and crossings may be scheduled differently).
Fitness / Recreation
Complete with a built-in marina, guests onboard the Seabourn Quest can experience activities such as swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, or waterskiing right from the ship. For those who want a complete workout, the Seabourn Quest offers a fully-equipped gym featuring state-of-the-art cardio machines, an optional personal trainer, and more.
Entertainment
Whether sipping on champagne in the lounge, watching incredible live entertainment, or listening to the melodious tunes of a live band, travelers onboard the Seabourn Quest will experience nights to remember while at sea. In the Observation Lounge, guests can enjoy the strumming of live classical guitar music while sharing tales with other travelers. Also, with favorable weather, travelers can watch classic movies paired with fresh popcorn during ‘Movies with the Stars’ or enjoy a delicious flambé creation by Seabourn's specialty chefs during ‘Dessert Under the Stars’.
Gratuity / Tipping
Tipping is neither required nor expected.
Spa
Step into a relaxing sanctuary at the Spa of Seabourn. While onboard the Seabourn Quest, travelers can relieve their senses and spirits with innovative therapies, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a full-service salon. Covering a span of two decks, guests will truly succumb to temptation – enjoying a variety of treatments such as seaweed wraps and full facials as well as rejuvenating venues that include Finnish saunas, aromatic steam rooms, a thalassotherapy room, and beyond.
Dining
Discover eclectic gourmet menus while onboard the Seabourn Quest. With four different restaurants available as well as in-suite dining, guests onboard this magnificent yacht will experience a variety of delectable cuisine designed by celebrity chef Charlie Palmer. From the elegant and sophisticated open-seating of The Restaurant, the intense flavors and wine pairings of the avant-garde Restaurant 2, the intriguing open kitchen of The Colonnade, and the casual-relaxed atmosphere of Patio Grill, each restaurant boasts a different experience for guests to enjoy. For travelers who wish to dine in their suites, the Seabourn Quest also offers in-suite service – where guests can enjoy a late night pizza, fresh crudités, or a private dinner complete with fine linens and personal service.
