Food need more variety and more seating

From start to finish the booking and actual trip were amazing. Claire was an amazing travel advisor and was extremely helpful for booking our cruise. Very knowledgeable for this particular voyage especially since we had not travelled with Virgin in the past. Made our voyage seamless! Virgin food was far superior to any other cruise line we had travelled with in the past and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. Embarkation was a nightmare. While in line waiting to board there was an announcement that there was a fire on board and they were evacuating the ship. An hour later we started moving to the check in station and were told the computers were down. After another 45 minutes we were able to board. Meanwhile I had been without food for eight hours and nearly passed out. The menus in the restaurants were weird. Rarely did they have anything where I would eat the complete meal. Because of the inclement weather and very high winds, the only port we were able to stop at was Virgin's Private Beach Club on the Island of Bimini. Surprisingly, Virgin gave all passengers a 25% off toward a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) that had to be used within one year. The food, cocktails and service were excellent, which made this cruise still enjoyable.

I have loved all the trips I have taken via Valerie Harris at Avoya Travel , yet this is my favorite one of all... Valerie had told me about the delicious food and fun shows on the cruise and all the perks, she definitely sold me on the cruise and Im so glad I went , looking forward to the next one....

Loud music, terrible food, unruly adjoining cabin disturbed our entire trip Virgin....never again

The night life events were the same as, in last year's two cruises. The internet was not working properly; therefore, we could not access the exercise events on board. We could not book them and when finally, the Virgen App worked all of the exercise events were taken. The excursion in Puerto Plata to the beach was a disappointment. We were reimbursed for it but lost a full day! We will not be taking another cruise on Virgen! Disembarkation was ridiculous! We were told to disembarked at our pleasure. When we did, we had to make a line that went around the ship in order to disembark.
