The flights through Viking were terrible. The ship was short staffed and it was obvious, most notably with meals.

Late notification of Elbe river level and plan to use stationary boats. We were already in Prague, the origin point when we received the email regarding the river condition. SURELY, they must have anticipated the possibility of a problem MUCH earlier!
