Fabulous trip and I can't say enough good things about Silversea. Well organized. Professional. Lovely ship and suite. Terrific food. Everything was looked after well and even better well!!

A little disappointed in the menu selection, other then that everything was great.

Everything was perfect - from the ship, food, service, excursions and the weather! We loved everything about it! Lots of room on the ship - didn't feel overcrowded. Food was exceptional. Entertainment was good, but that is the only thing that I feel that could be improved.

The ship was beyond amazing & the crew was terrific! The tour guides were fabulous & gave us so much information about each area….they were very well versed! Being it was summer & weather was hot and humid….the air conditioning on the busses was very poor! That’s about all that needs to improve for summer tours. Our butler Rose, was the best ever. She went above and beyond & always kept a step ahead of us in all she did!! We wanted to take her home with us!!!! Now back to reality!!!

Excellent cruise in every sense. Needs improvement bed size too small and Concierge service ( Edwin) failed twice severely. My carry on got almost lost up to the very last minute due to his negligence.

Amenities and service were unbelievable. Plenty of great food and drink. Down time was a little long but overall it was great.

Much good very good especially the crew and staff, all staff. Not so good was the tired condition of the ship, limited eating venues, very dated pool and deck. Entertainment was so so. I think the age (25) of this ship and its relative small size adversely affects a number of amenities that we have come to expect on an upper end cruise line. To repeat, the crew and staff were exceptional without exception. The ship is not ship shape.

Our first time cruising with Silversea. Can’t say enough about the entire experience. The new Nova was beautiful. The crew were top notch. The food was outstanding. We could have stayed on indefinitely.

The Silver Nova is a beautiful ship with an excellent staff. We were disappointed that it did not offer hosted tables at dinner in the MDR and the up-charge for two of the restaurants was inappropriate for a luxury cruise line. The breakfast and lunch buffets were adequate but not outstanding. The embarkation and dis-embarkation were the smoothest we have experienced. Very well designed rooms and bathrooms. We would definitely cruise this ship again.

We enjoyed many aspects of our cruise to the Azores and Canary Islands. Silversea's staff was pleasant and professional, but paled to that we experienced with Scenic. Although quite expensive, we also enjoyed the spa services, but those were contracted not organic. Although we were pleased to have the opportunity to take (and pay for) a very short camel ride in Agadir, we did not like Morocco at all. That's not Silversea's fault or problem. That's not to say Silversea was faultless or perfect. For example, while we enjoyed our meals at La Dame and Kaseki, we found it challenging to keep track

What's not to like? Fabulous service from the Silver Sea crew, great explorations of the Fjords, amazing sights. Only thing better would have been more sunshine, as we had rain and clouds except for the last port.

The most amazing experience ever we added a five day extension pre-cruise to Denali. Everything was perfect. A little better entertainment could be had on the muse, but it far exceeded our expectations.

The accommodations were fantastic. The service was impeccable. We were so impressed with the food served at all three restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast in-room dining almost every morning, making us feel so pampered. The activities were as expected, but the exploration and zodiac staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took all precautions to protect passengers and the environment. We can not wait to book our next trip with Silver Seas.

Every thing went as planned, the food was superb! We were very pleased with the whole deal! The butler Pablo did a superb job!

Food & dining were completely disappointing - la terrazza was chaotic, bathroom step & configuration were hard to manage. Room chairs were pretty but not comfortable. Butler and attendant were fantastic. Excursions were good.

The Muse was larger than other Silverseas ships that I have sailed. Dinner seating was assigned/guided by the dining staff. As a solo traveler, I missed out on casual conversation with others during dinner. On past cruises, I introduced myself at tables with an empty chair and was always invited to join the others at the table…those casual meetings over dinner enabled me to make acquaintances that made other trips more enjoyable. I went to the informal, no host, solo traveler gatherings at 5 pm in the lounge… I did not find such a group. It was a lonelier trip than past cruises.

The cruise was the right length and included the stops we wanted to make. It would’ve been better if it started in Tokyo is, that is an easier airport to reach. Breakfast offerings were great to start the cruise, but the Buffet had fewer and fewer offerings towards the end. compared to Seabourn the food was superior, but the entertainment was markedly less so, except for the 2 soloist acts.
