Our Royal Serenade of the Seas cruise was very good. We were on it's Maiden Voyage to Alaska in June 1973. Our Stateroom Attendant was awesome! Whatever I needed she got for me. The room was always cleaned. The only issue that I had with the cabin was that the draw curtains should have been replaced, they were difficult to pull back. Our dinner waiters were impeccable, Abhishek and Cosmus, Tables 460 & 461. They were attentive, if we had any issues, they were there to handle it. I would want them again. Food for the most part was good at the Windjammer and at breakfast at Reflections

The cruise met and exceeded my expectations. The crew and staff were friendly, and the food and activities were amazing.

The whole staff was awesome. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks so much for spoiling us for 9 days. The only thing we disliked was the disembark process. The process was much longer than normally getting off. If ppl are going to have to stand for 30 min. I feel like there should be a process where 65 and older get off first. I don’t want someone who are like my parents having to stand unnecessarily with a cane

We had an awesome time; everyone was so nice. The Food,excurions,entertainment was really enjoyable. we are looking forward to the next one. We took many great pictures to remind us of the great vacation.

Serenade was great the staff was just great. Enjoyed it very much.

It was a great trip specially since the menu was not the same boring offerings as usual. Appreciated the every morning breakfast special (they should keep doing that) . The staff was super friendly and given the longer voyage we really got to know them. Quite an adventure

We had looked forward to the trip for years and it did not disappoint. Loved the smaller ship as it was more intimate. The crew members were super friendly and so helpful when needed. I was worried about so many sea days but really ended up enjoying the ship time. Our table group became great friends and we did trivia, games and shows together after dinner. We enjoyed the ports we visited and going through the canal was a bucket list item. Enjoyed each and every day.

Boat was old and needs to be drydocked to change bedroom funitiure and figure out the sewer smell that sbows up on the 5th day 5th floor. The Canadian ports are not worth the stops. Crew was exellent and the food was good.

Staff great but kids running on dance floor.

Staff was great, also the food. Only the parents wood not keep their children under control.

Awesome service!

Great cruise on Serenade of the Seas. The ship is older but the main gathering places were in great shape. The cabins (at least ours # 8650 was starting to show a bit of wear ). The crew was great in every way! We would prefer better entertainment for an 8 day cruise. Too many comedians for us, so we chose not to attend. The Royal Caribbean production team put on two shows which were really good. All in all we really had a great time!

The food was great, the service was wonderful and overall ship was a lot of fun. Always something to do. Loved it!

Loved this Bahamas cruise which we took along with 14 other volunteers of Sun 'n Fun. Ship was well maintained and took great care of us!

This is ship that gave us everything we want in a cruise; shows, activities, ports & relaxation with wonderful service! Definitely plan to cruise on Serenade again.

I loved the fact that it was 10 days. Just the perfect amount of time. Great entertainment. The smaller size of the ship was nice. You could go to the shows whenever you wanted without needed to schedule everything. Staff was great. Breakfast could have been better. The view from our balcony room was obstructed. The ship was showing some wear and tear. Time for an overhaul. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great vacation. Would do it again.

The service & entertainment on the Serenade of the Seas exceeded my expectations.

Only disappointment was the entertainment (singers, type of shows) was not the greatest other than the 1 comedian they had and one headliner Adele show. The orchestra was great too. Everything else was great eg food , service…nice although older ship.very nice cabin size.

Everything was great . Great service from all the staff. Great way to relax.
