Good, clean ship with great staff. Food was marginal, at best — even for the high end restaurants.

It was a trip of a lifetime for me. The sites we visited were awesome and so memorable. Despite the rain and little bit cooler temperatures it was well worth the trip. The people and excursions couldn't have been better. Even got to see the Northern Lights, whales and a glacier. Planning was important. The ship was excellent and clean. The staff and food was fantabulous.

I think overall the cruise was fantastic with the exception of one encounter with Guest Services that sort of spoiled the trip as a whole.

A wonderful journey on a spectacular ship. All the crew and staff were amazingly helpful. Food was plentiful and delicious. Cabins small but had LOTS of storage. Loved the 4 land tours we took. Excellent cruise.

I had a great time but saw less wildlife than expected. If I go on another Alaskan Cruise will go on a much smaller ship so we can get closer to shore and not go as fast.

Loved our room, food and staff were fantastic, did not like that the itinerary changed and the excursions were way too expensive for what they offered.

Higher cruise cost and higher gratuity fees, Noticeable reductions in staff and quality of services and food choices, especially in the Windjammer Cafe with fewer choice reduced servers. Disappointed at the lack of live entertainment in bars and lounges, i.e., pionists, and guitarists. The lounge entertainment is mostly all forms of Trivia games.

“They don't go to all the ports ”

Royal Caribbean changed the ports a week before we went. Then they were supposed to do the ice arm glacier but they didn't, then they didn't dock in Victoria Canada either. They didn't give me a credit for a future cruise or anything. They just said your out of luck.

58 hours of straight cruising because we couldn't fock in Canada, should of been a plan B. The itinerary was so misleading, did not come close to the glaiser, they know the ship is too big, false advertising. We got up at 4:30 to set out and watch for the glaiser, when the ship started turning around we were so disappoinqted. We seen chunks of the glaiser float by. That was very upsetting to be misleading. Panning for gold was false advertising, we did not have the opportunity to pan in the creek. Salmon was not baked, cooked over a fire pit, my salmon had too many bones, the rest of the food

Our agent Lila at Avoya Travel is the best! However, our trip was cancelled by mistake a week prior to sailing. Accounting was a mess and we got charged for things not on our final bill. Food on the cruise were not as good as they used to be, no variety or selection. No activities during sailing at the sea. The shows are not as nice either .

It was very good. Weather not perfect, but okay. Stop in Victoria was a waste of time - at 5:00 on a Sunday evening. Everything was closed. Return to Seattle instead of Vancouver would have been much more convenient for many reasons, as I understand all previous cruises had done.

Cruise was fabulous - we were disappointed that we were unable to go to Skagway but we made the most of it. My father-in-law had never been on a cruise ship before so he was definitely pampered. Our staterooms were roomy and had more storage than I am used to on other cruise ships. Food was wonderful. Service was also great. Would love more time in Victoria as well!! All in all, we were happy and had a great time

It was really fun and Alaska was awesome! I could have done without Victoria. I came home with covid which could have been avoided if the ships were still asking everyone to mask I doors.

We enjoyed it very with the cruise ship. Food, Entertainment, Dining, especially the Cruise workers from Waitress/Waiter and Stateroom housekeeping. They are working very hard for their money.
