ship was too big w/inadequite staffing.check in and leaving was chaos,even people working for rccl were complaning!

This was an exciting way to spend the new year, and our Avoya rep did everything in such amazing fashion, so glad to have booked with Ron.

Everything was perfect

This cruise was our favorite so far. The itinerary was wonderful and the crew on the Odyssey were outstanding.

We have NO complaints, only compliments! Our cruise was wonderful! Staff all around was exceptional! Ship was immaculate, food variety was excellent. Our travel agent, Kerrie Gordon, went above and beyond with assistance in so many ways! We will definitely contact Kerrie for assistance for our next cruise. The one thing we did not realize is that the app did not update unless we closed is completely and re-opened it. We did not find this out until 1/2 through the cruise so we missed Easter Mass and a few other things that didn't update in the app. Thank you, Julie Skoglund

Great cruise. Had a wonderful time!

Ship was too small. The seaplex and sports bar was amazing. Best feature in ship. Maybe best on any royal ship. But rest of she was meh

Trip was great

We love cruising. Odyssey is a lovely ship. Although we like Oasis better, we really missed seeing an aqua and ice skating shows.

Great ship

The activities for adults were limited. Thought for such a new and big boat they would have a Comedy Club or a movie theater or more interactive stuff but none. Bingo was only on the sea days and was expensive. Specially restaurants were very expensive and menu in the main dining room seemed a bit redundant on a 12 night cruise. The channels on the tv in the cabin was also very limited. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The ship itself was very clean and beautiful.

Once again our stops in Israel were cancelled but overall the ports substituted were OK.

Over all the cruise was a success. I Iiked the activities/entertainment onboard Odessy of the Seas but was a bit disappointed with the off shore excursions. A bit too pricey especially when traveling with a family of 5 persons.

Excellent cruise

Cruise was great. Some excursions left a lot to be desired.

The ship was beautiful, new and clean. Boarding and disembarking was remarkably easy. Loved using the app to schedule activities. The food was a little lacking in the main dining room but I'm a meat and potato kind. Outstanding coffee was served. Loved the oatmeal in the Windjammer. The bumper cars and mock skydiving was fun. Enjoyed the Trivia with PJ each day at 5:00 pm. All personnel were helpful. The Jeopardy and Family Feud were a blast. The cruise was a huge hit for me!
