I didn't like this Cruise line, the exterior of the ship were lacking maintenance you could see they have cut back, I felt like the cruise line was charging to much onboard $9 for a glass of wine plus 18% gratuity, the evening theatre was lacking talent. I could not change my late dining to early in the main dining room because they told me they had no vacancy, but I don't know how they provided MY TIME DINING if they couldn't accommodate me on early dining. I will never recommende Royal Caribbean to anyone

I am very angry with Royal Caribbean over an issue with shore excursions. We were lied to and told that we couldn't get off the boat for an outside booked excursion because of customs clearances. They were content to let us miss a flight to Moscow for an excursion because we didn't book the excursion through them. Someone let us sneak into the RC excursion group to get off the boat in time to make our flight. But the damage was done when the LIED to my wife and I. That is irreprehensible in my opinion.
