Very nice trip

the weather did not allow us to port on one day

Older ship, smaller ship, slightly disappointed with amenities and lounge staff. We expected more of Royal

Greenland and Newfoundland were very interesting to visit . The ship ‘s crew, food and entertainment were excellent. Strongly recommend a visit to this remote and unique corner of the world

The cruise ship was clean, our room attendant was very eager to know us how can he be best aligned to our needs. All crew member were nice and helpful. Met some great people from other countries

We loved the decor of the ship, the staff as always was very friendly. Chef's table was a bonus for us and would recommend that to anyone. Ate at Chops restaurant one night. rib-eye steak was outstanding. Atlantic Ocean was a bit rough but could be expected in November. Aruba stop was perfect..

We loved just about everything about this cruise. I was impressed by the food in the main dining room, Windjammer, and specialty restaurants. I had heard that a lot of people thought that the food on Royal Caribbean was declining but I did not find that to be the case at all. The itinerary was great except for Sept-Iles which I would have been happy to skip. All of the crew members on the ship were friendly and helpful.

Very good cruise. Comfortable ship. Great crew. Food much improved since our spring cruise on RCL. One mediocre excursion but the other 3 were very interesting with some beautiful vistas. Met many pleasant fellow cruisers. All in all a very nice cruise

The trip was good, the food was overly good, and I liked the attitude of the crew, even the ones who were sweeping the floor and cleaning the stairs' handrails, they were in good manners. I only have doubts about the itinerary of the excursion, I suggest they should replan the time of the destination, the large city should be staying longer than the small city should stay less time.

Everything was wonderful. The transatlantic sail the return flight and all the excursions. Trip of a lifetime. Crew on the jewel was outstanding in all areas.

RCCL has really reduced their service. Room was only serviced once, use to be twice. No towel animals. I will say our cabin steward was very sweet, so nothing against him. Only 1 formal night instead of 2. The people in the dining room were dressed in shorts and baseball hats. In the past RCCL did not allow that attire in the dining room for dinner. Entertainment was below par. Service at the pool and bars was very slow. Having said all that, I assume that RCCL is having a staff shortage and must cut corners where possible. There were three of us in a room that should’ve only been designated for two people. There was a very small city in there, and when it was opened up to become a very uncomfortable bed… It was impossible to walk past the bed. People basically had to crawl over it to get to the bathroom. Not fun.

We always take a cruise in December for our anniversary. Jewel is a beautiful smaller ship. As always Royal delivered a wonderful cruise.

Flight back from Barcelona was an ordeal. They changed our flight from one airline to the other which seperated the couple we were flying with and it was one issue after the other at the airport - otherwise it was wonderful.

Ship was refurbished just before the pandemic and still in very good condition. Balcony stateroom- thoughtfully designed, plenty of storage space. Entertainment- main stage, good quality, but NOT every night. Food in the main dining room good. Food in the Windjammer buffet - average and bland. Ports and excursions EXCELLENT, except Siricusa in Sicily. The tour guide was TERRIBLE. He was unorganized and not knowledgeable and there was little to see. Skip it. The remaining ports were all great and well worth taking an excursion. Embarkation and disembarkation was well organized and proceeded smo
