This was an older ship that just came out of being docked since covid I think, and it was due for a remodel but it didn’t happen before the sailing. We were not as upset because we got a great last minute deal on an ocean balcony, but there were other passengers that were expecting more. The itinerary was great. The 2 hour drive from Venice to the pet was a bit of a surprise but we had great transportation arranged through Avoya. Service is great. Food is delicious. Entertainment is excellent ?

Loved how organized the Cruise was. They made everything easy to get on, off and everything in between. Can't say enough about Royal Caribbean and the staff and chefs. The beautiful Islands and Water, made it even better!

We don’t know what happened to RCCL. Service was very disappointing. We don’t know if it was lack of training, cost cuts or new procedures. We have been on 3 cruises in the last year on competing cruise lines and did not notice changes

Poor service in MDR. Moved seating twice by staff just because. Food was mediocre at best. Had issues with tap water being discolored and not fit to drink in my cabin 3 days. The only highlight was a great cabin attendant.

They misrepresented the everglades and airport droppff. I was dropped off a mole away from my airline and 5 hours earlier than they said I would be dropped off. They left me stuck walking and I couldn’t check in yet for my flight. I’m 70 years old. Very disappointed in rccl

The Royal Caribbean singers were very disappointing. The lady couldn't sing and the material for the man did not suit his voice. We hated being trapped in 5 for over 30 minutes because of lalapalooza. Awful. We do not do pools or sunbathing or hotels. We look forward to the quality of entertainment Royal offers but we did not get it. We have another cruise in Jan and if the entertainment is not good we will be looking fir another cruise line.

Liked the ports, liked our stateroom even though we booked last minute and it was an OV (stateroom 3544). Food quality and selection has REALLY gone down. Entertainment options also were poor, same comedian 2x, loved the ice skating show in Studio B, and the musical in Palace Theater but both were repeated. Even the movies in outdoor theater were geared towards children. Service though was 5*****.

The food was great. The service was great also. Have a very good time. Went with friends and had a great experience.

I think we needed a more active cruise director.

Good value for stops and 6 night cruise. Felt safe in all stops. Jamaica zip/tub/picnic excursion a bit uncoordinated - but fun.

we were a family of 7 that traveled on this cruise. This was the 1st cruise for 5 of them, including 3 children. We had an awesome time.

The cruise was amazing and very relaxing. I think the communication can be better because my daughter left her necklace on the ship and they are taking a very long time to tell us if her necklace was found or not. It’s been about week and we still haven’t heard anything.

Good food and great service on-board.
