We thoroughly enjoyed our transatlantic cruise with Regent Mariner. Our suite was so comfortable and included lovely amenities. We were surprised to have a full size bathroom and a walk in closet. The live orchid, the balcony, the beverage service and complimentary laundry were additional niceties. Our room attendant, Michelle didn’t miss a beat. She was always available and attentive. The lectures we attended were enriching. The culinary experience for us was unmatched. It truly was delicious in all the venues. We always experienced good service and knowledgeable servers. The weather was gorgeous and the service provided aboard the Regent Seven Seas Mariner was second to none. We have a wonderful relaxing vacation and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The ship and destination were very good. The excursions were fun, but lacked the organization we have found with Oceania. Toilets wouldn't flush frequently on the ship--but if you waited a minute or so you could hear the flush.

It was a great cruise. Regent did a great job and we would recommend it to all of our friends. The staff was wonderful. I wish that we would have started in Vancouver however. PRE-CRUISE it there was a lot of anxiety over needing 72 hour Covid testing etc. Also…we noticed upon departure that other cruise lines offered their clients pre-cruise testing which Regent did not. on past cruises we have taken it was much easier to have pre- cruise questions answered by in house cruise staff members rather than going through… or out sourcing…to an independent travel agency.

We were very impressed with how meticulous the entire ship was - from our room to the public areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh & plentiful. We also enjoyed our room service coffee every morning. Thank you Regent Seven Seas and the Mariner staff!

Staff, accommodations and entertainment were a delight. You want a great cruise, then go with Regent's ships.

food was just ok

Due to the global spread of the COVID-19 virus, the early stage resulted in a changed itinerary which later resulted in the cruise cancellation 53 days into the 131 day cruise. The refund and travvel expense reimbursement offered by Regent was a fair offer.

Fabulous crew. Food not good. Even the specialty restaurants were pretty bad. Many complaints from passengers. Entertainment really awful. Cannot compare to Crystal.

We've been on several Regent cruises and have enjoyed all of them. The ship is lovely, the guest speakers and entertainment super and the food, very good. We will cruise Regent again.

This was a late booking with Regent due to change in itinerary. We had a “guaranteed” room which was very nice. You can’t go wrong with Regent since all their rooms are nice. Food was great and most service was outstanding. It was a bit slow at Pool Grill and the Italian restaurant. Otherwise a nice cruise.

Excursions were not good. Ports were too far from towns, so bus trips were 4 hours. Panama Canal was awesome. Trip was very relaxing for us.

We had a wonderful experience on Regent. The staff, the food, the entertainment, the room - all was perfect. Our excursions were great, and the tour guides were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Alaska was majestic!

For being a five-star small cruise line Compared to a $5000 less on Viking was disappointing. It wasn’t better and had lots of kids. The meals weren’t as good as biking.
