Ship: Seven Seas Mariner
Cruise Date: 11/03/2024
Destination: Transatlantic/Repositioning
We thoroughly enjoyed our transatlantic cruise with Regent Mariner. Our suite was so comfortable and included lovely amenities. We were surprised to have a full size bathroom and a walk in closet. The live orchid, the balcony, the beverage service and complimentary laundry were additional niceties. Our room attendant, Michelle didn’t miss a beat. She was always available and attentive. The lectures we attended were enriching. The culinary experience for us was unmatched. It truly was delicious in all the venues. We always experienced good service and knowledgeable servers. Regent is currently

We had more than the usual difficulty with my wife's mobility problem. Couldn't get off at the 2 ports in Italy. We wish the ship sponsored more trips in which provision was made for people who can't access high buses or need to bring a scooter. Otherwise, all was good, especially food.

Ship: Seven Seas Voyager
Cruise Date: 11/18/2023
Destination: Africa
The crew were very nice, lots of choices on Sea Days to enjoy. Entertainment was the best. Production shows, very professional. A nice mix of shows. The ship had a wonderful Chanukah meal for 30 guests. Kudos to the Executive Chef for making it so special. Lots of music types for those to enjoy as well. It was nice to have port day followed by a sea day, as this was a long cruise. Carol Noyes

We saw countries we never would have gotten to see. We met wonderful people on the cruise. We had a wonderful time in Barcelona before the cruise and in Cape Town afterwards.

Not as great as my previous Regent cruise. Lot of visa paper work. The onboarding at the change of port was very disturbing and annoying. The excursions were okay. Not memorable except for a couple of them. Never saw the initial cabin steward after the first day, only the guys doing cleaning. Food was decent. Didn't like the food in Chartruese. The steakhouse was great. The Asian restaurant was forgettable...not bad, just not exceptional. The social hostess was great, and couple of the waiters were quite attentive. I realized solo travelers are not the norm, but continually being asked "just y

Ship: Seven Seas Grandeur
Cruise Date: 11/18/2023
Destination: Europe
To begin with we are seasoned cruisers having cruised over 50 times on multiple cruise lines. That said the Grandeur was the most elegant, well designed ship we have ever sailed. Our cabin was laid out absoutly perfectly. The outside deck was expansive and extremely comfortable. I would be a shame to mention the ship without mentioning the crew. On a scale of 1-10 they were an 11. There wasn't a single thing you could ask for that you didn't receive promply - with a smile. We highly recommend this ship and this line to anyone looking for a tremendous experience.

It was a let down going from Explorer to Voyager. I feel that the quality of food in explorer was better quality and more diverse. The accommodation definitely better. The choice and quality of excursions were lower quality than previous years. I will have to think twice before going back to Regent

Ship: Seven Seas Explorer
Cruise Date: 07/05/2023
Destination: Alaska
It really was terrific tho don’t feel it worth the price. Other larger ships had premiere dock locations which minimized our available time on shore (Ketchikan especially), dinner options VERY limited for our group of 6, and “meat and potatoes” travelers were challenged by the rich menu as evening options were limited. There WAS additional cost for premiere cocktails and wine - not specified in material that we had noted. Accommodations, laundry, service were all fantastic!

Ship: Seven Seas Navigator

It wasn't a Caribbean trip; it was a trip to eastern Canadian provinces and Bermuda, New York. Disappointed that Baie Comeau was cancelled because of fires and smoke but the substitute was ok, PEI was a good substitute for Connor Brook which was cancelled supposedly for icebergs. Quebec City and Bermuda was our favorite stops.

Ship: Seven Seas Voyager
Cruise Date: 06/15/2023

From the rundown stateroom to the tour buses without air-conditioning in the heat of summer, this was the worst cruise we have ever been on. The food and wine was good as well as the service but both were completely overshadowed with the poor excursions and accommodations. Also, the cruise was supposed to end in Barcelona. They DUMPED us all at a commercial port in Tarragona, an hour and a half away from Barcelona. So we had to purchase overpriced transfers to our hotel. By comparison, the Oasis of the Seas (Royal Caribbean) which pretty-much followed our itinerary, was nicely docked ri

Ship: Seven Seas Explorer

The Seven Seas Explorer is a very fine ship with superior suites, dining and amenities. The housekeeping and service staff are friendly and welcoming. The major shortcoming is that first-time cruisers are on their own to learn the ropes aboard. Should I travel Regent gaain, I will be able to access perks a lot sooner thn on this cruise as I didn't know the procedures and what I was entitled to until half the cruise had passed. Regent's Air dept did a good job at scheduling flights and a poor job of notifying the transfer people and the ship of the actual scheduled travel. We had difficult

The cruise from Athens to Barcelona was a wonderful experience. The excursions were great, the food was delicious and the ship was beautiful. On a couple of our excursions, it seemed that the itineraries were changed from what we had originally signed up for. It wasn’t a game changer, just not what had been listed. We did feel that sometimes the service was lacking. We had to ask to get drinks or refills. Many times glasses sat empty for long periods of time before we could get anyone’s attention to ask. We felt many times that there was a lack of communication among the wait staff. We were in
