The service and staff was exceptional. Professional and attentive. Did miss not having a casino as this was an experience my husband was looking forward too. The contract entertainers/staff were very good and did their jobs well. We especially enjoyed HeHe from the Cook Islands, she was a joy to have around. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful a true asset to the cruise. The food and drink was good but not as outstanding as we expected based on prior reviews. All and all it was a good cruise.

Every color of green and shades of blue surround me as I gazed the islands of Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, Hunanee and Papeete. I have n ever seen anything so pretty.

We had an amazing week on the Paul Guaguin. We love Tahiti! The service was absolutely 5 star! Loved the smaller boat. Enjoyed every minute! Hope to be back again sooner than later. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for our perfect escape! XOXO

The cruise and service was spectacular. Especially our evening dining room waiter Flo. He made the dining room experience 5 star every night. Two nights we had other waiter and one was only fair, the other was good. The entire staff is exceptional. They all know you name and your choice of drink. Sometimes they bring drinks and canapés without order. We will travel with Paul Gauguin again even though it is very expensive.

Ship definitely needs some updates to rust spots, furniture and room amenities. Food was just okay, we expected more variety for a cruise at this price level. The saving grace was the staff, they were amazing, friendly and helpful. The process through immigration into Papeete needs to change. It took us 2.5 hours to get through immigration at 5:30am. There were at least three other planes arriving at the same time, but that wasn't a surprise, should have staffed up for the arrivals. The boarding process in LAX through Air Tahiti Nui wasn't any better, chaos. These two events did not star

The food, service and entertainment/enrichment were top notch, but the shore excursions left much to be desired.

The ship and the crew were excellent. The land excursions left a lot to be desired.

We were treated like kings and queens aboard the Paul Gauguin. We have cruised before but the Paul Gauguin deserves its reputation for being the best!

Wonderful relaxing cruise with an amazing staff!

issues with ponant website pre cruise. issues with ponant emailing medical questionnaire and then it not being recognized on ship and having to fill out medical questionnaire again on ship. issues with reception boarding created unnecessary trip to medical staff by not scanning covid card after I asked 3 times if they needed it. room 763 nice but be prepared to be woken up or startled by noise from deck 8 chairs scraping and dance parties. smoke from folks smoking on deck 8 also wafted down. smoking should've been allowed on deck 9 instead. overall nice people, nice staff, nice

The staff of the Paul Gauguin are amazing. They treat everyone with respect and do what they can to make you comfortable. The entertainment crew were wonderful.

PG cruise was way better than we expected! The staff is unbelievably attentive and takes care of the every need of the guests. Special shout out to Joey, Anthony and Harold! These guys are wonderful! The food was some of the best I have had. Each meal had a wide variety of interesting choices and our waiter, Jean Paul, gave fantastic recommendations. Wonderful cruise made better by the staff.

The cruise was wonderful, the staff on the ship were superb! There could have been more information posted on the daily bulletins as often additional questions had to get asked. Also the pre briefings could be a little more detailed. The Wi-Fi proved to be a disaster and it needs to be fixed.

Our trip could not have been better! From the time we boarded the ship till we left all was fantastic! The crew are exceptional. After only one meeting they not only remembered our names, but also who the couples were. Since we had 14 in our group, that was pretty amazing. The meals, drinks, and snacks were excellent. I also went diving twice - the dive team made it SO easy as we left from the marina at the ship and everything was taken care of! Even the weather cooperated!
