Great trip and such a beautiful ship. Lue Vieira arranged everything for us which made the trip go smoothly and enjoyable. I am looking forward to having Lue find a cruise on Regent.

Ship: Vista
Cruise Date: 03/02/2025

We had a wonderful time and loved the ship, food, and ambience. We were not advised to make online reservations for dining or land excursions so that was a negative as were closed out and our dining times were not when we would have liked.

Ship: Marina

Destination: South America
Antarctica was fabulous. Saw whales, swimming penguins, lots of birds. No seals and no orcas. Fjords were beautiful but obscured by bad weather, which also totally obscured the Andes. Stateroom was great, but couldn't enjoy the big veranda because of weather. Food was wonderful this time. Ship was great. Unfortunately got sick about half way through, but not bad enough to ruin the trip.

As usual, Oceania was wonderful. The food was superb, the staff was top-notch and the casino dealers were just great. I had to sped several hours in the medical clinic and I was amazed. The level of care I received was much better than most US hospital emergency rooms. I had blood tests, an xray, iv and nebulizer treatments, and prescriptions dispensed. I was given the absolutely best treatment and I felt better in a day. US clinics and medical centers should really look at this model. The trip was a real pleasure and we put a deposit on a cruise for next year.

Ship: Insignia
Cruise Date: 01/27/2025
Destination: Transatlantic/Repositioning
The Insignia ship, crew and staff gave us the best of cruising experiences. The suite, the restaurants, the amenities were perfect for the small ship experience that we enjoy. We met and gathered with many other folks that have had similar travel adventures and that relish the small ship cruises. Thank you Deborah !

Outstanding staff. Food was mostly good, but lacked flavor in some instances. The trip was a bit longer than anticipated. Lots of down time crossing the Atlantic. A few of the expeditions could have been more interesting in particular, Cape Town. Overall, a positive experience.

Ship: Marina

Marina very nice ship, small passenger count mostly retirees, clean, staff friendly and helpful, food delicious; entertainment and big ports OK. Downside for me... small ports. I'd like more lectures.

We had a great time with what was possible. Unfortunately, four ports were cancelled in the first half of the voyage, an addition was made last minute and we didn't take advantage of that port {Zanzibar) as we had not purchased the Tanzanian visa because we hadn't planned to go into Dar Es Salam. None of these were the ship or the travel agent's fault but it was very disappointing. As well, our excursion in Nosy Be, Madagascar was a disaster for which we were refunded the purchase price...but...disappointing nonetheless.

“Panama Canal Cruise”
3 Stars
Ship: Sirena
Cruise Date: 12/21/2024
Destination: Caribbean
Oceania did not live up to expectations. They canceled the port in Mexico and also the all-day sea excursion in the Panama Canal! This was THE reason we booked this particular cruise. The replacement “excursion” was IMAX movie about the Canal. Seriously? Also, there was inadequate staff in restaurants, pool area and bars. The staff appeared overworked and stressed. Food was good. Nothing special I sadly must report. Altogether, we were disappointed and uncertain if we will book again.

“Mixed reviews as so-called verandah upgrade overlooked noisy, working deck”
3 Stars
Ship: Insignia
Cruise Date: 12/12/2024
Destination: Caribbean
We booked a GTY Verandah and were upgraded to a concierge verandah that turned out to be the worst verandah on the ship as it overlooked a working deck with incessant hammering beginning at 8:30 am on days we were in port. We allegedly had a steward but never met him. The bathroom was tiny with an even smaller shower stall. The food was generally good at the Terrace Restaurant and Waves Grill but items were often mislabeled and did not contain listed ingredients. Staff and servers were friendly and professional. The Polo Grill was very good one night, but the veal chop was disappointing t

Loved Cartegena, the starting port. As touted, the food aboard Nautical was fabulous, as was all the service staff. Disappointed, however, in the actual ports and especially the cancellation of our St Barts port stop. Felt off ship tours and onboard spa services were overpriced and lackluster.
