Ncl sky needs to be upgraded. Rooms are musky, outdated and furnishings are worn out. Embarkation in Manila was chaotic and disorganized. On the positive side, staff were all friendly and cheerful despite hectic schedule.

services were below expectations but the price was ok. I just feel that a lot was geared towards paying more for better food and services. Dining became boring since it's 21 nights. not much variety or choices.

Cabin 6101, inside worst we ever had. Needed to jump over the couch to get to the left side of the bed. Pizza only available from 11:30 till 3 pm?. Buffet left a lot to be desired.

The cruise was wonderful for the reason I chose it - 13 ports in 14 days covering the ABC islands and several of the West Indian islands. BUT: the quality of the food was inconsistent, to the point that the same food item was good one night and poor on another night. Also, the menu choices in the buffets continued for days! Also, most of the shore excursions were overpriced. But the staff were great. On this smaller ship, the Norwegian Sky, we felt cherished by the staff and we got to know many other cruisers.

First the good, the ports of call were GREAT! One port, Stirrup Cay which is the private island , we were not able to tender because swells were too high. The itinerary is mainly why we booked this cruise and the ports did not disappoint. Each offered a unique experience. And the staff on the SKY were the most friendliest and engaging. The bad, the food was very lacking in quality and selection, items weren't replenished timely, buffet area was tiny and the reason selection was poor and items ran out very quickly. It was not my favorite ship on NCL. I thought the on board activities left something to be desired & the food was mediocre and “hit or miss”

All in all a good cruise. Food was hit or miss. Specialty restaurants were above the main dining but one night my lobster was over cooked (rubbery) and portions were tiny. Not worth any up charge. Wasn’t as crowded as the larger ships but felt more closer in. Buffets could have been bigger as it had 2 lines (1 on each side) which caused back ups. Better to have stations so you aren’t standing in line. Rooms are too small (shower and move able space). No place to put room service food but bed or couch for stability. Our shower backed up for approximately 1-1.5 days. Took a while to drain. Staff

Lots to do if you wanted

It was a great cruise. Love NCL and enjoyed the smaller ship. We really got to know some wonderful couples and enjoyed all of the stops along the way. Great food and atmosphere. Didn't have to worry about a thing.

Great cruise. Had a great time. Gave a 4 because the cruise was changed to different spots and I did the cruise before. They kept us safe, but i would have waited and rebooked this cruise. This travel agency is the best .They are awesome!

WHILE THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS....THE SHIP WAS A SMALL, REFURBISHED SHIP THAT WE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ON. SMALL CABINS, FOOD NOT GOOD.

Just overall did not meet my expectations

Crew did a great job on taking care of us! We had a problem with the A/C in the room on the first night, staff did their best too make it better. They put us in a different room A/C was not good in there, they gave us a fan, it helped but it was still hot !
