The food in the specialty dining restaurants was great. We really enjoyed them, but our everyday food in any of the other restaurants was not acceptable to me. There was no flavor in it. Most of it was overcooked, and the fresh vegetables were nonexistent.

Very good cruise. This was our second cruise to Alaska, both on Norwegian. Each time exceed our expectations.

My cruise with NCL in Alaska was just what I needed. I am grateful to Tan for her advice and background knowledge. Two challenges were the internet and telephone service. I believe I could have purchased a cruise package from my carrier. The NCL internet was USELESS. My other concern was the continual sales pitches. Fortunately I was able to do my best to steer clear. I am a bargain hunter and any deal piques my interest. The real deal would have been to bring a second person. HOwever one of my favorite parts was cruising solo. I had a good bit of work to do.

This was a Great Cruise, It Visited Several Asian Countries and was Cost Effective. I will most likely do the Same Cruise Again.

I really enjoyed my Alaska cruise on the Norwegian Jewel. I was dismayed at the Disneyfication of the ports we visited but enjoyed the scenery and excursions to Mendenhall Glacier and the train ride from Skagway. Also the 5-hour train from Seward to Anchorage and the Anchorage trolley tour were fabulous. Many of the bus drivers had entertaining stories about what brought them to Alaska in the summer. The ship was very nice and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I'm already planning where to go next.

NCL made traveling to Alaska a pleasure. The staff was hard-working, cheerful and talented. Down to the smallest detail, care was taken to make sure our experience was the best it could be. On the Norwegian Jewel, we found plenty of places to view the great outdoors in warm enclosed spaces so we did not require a balcony room to have a fabulous experience!

Started off with our agent Henry Wasserman and all he did for us to make the vacation a spectacular one. Loved everything about our cruise from the amazing staff, wonderful food, entertainment, ports, glacier bay, excursions. Really loved the scenic train ride from Seward to Anchorage. Travel back wasn’t great as we were up at 5 am Monday morning (Alaskan time) 1st let of trip was delayed almost 2 hours.. 2 nd leg delayed close to an hour. Didn’t arrive home until 7:30 pm Tuesday eastern time.

Enjoyed entertainment every evening and food at buffet very good Also really appreciated the solo travelers group Only thing did not like is smoking in casinos went out into surrounding areas and I couldn’t breathe or go those areas

It was the first cruise for me, I travel alone. I enjoyed the relaxing time and shore excursions and special dining

I didn't enjoy as much as I should have. The beds were so hard that my back hurt to the point that I couldn't get around well. When completing their survey, there was no place to mention that. I never had this problem on Holland America.

The room was really small for the back of the ship and extremely expensive. We had 6 very small drawers for our things, We used the sofa for the suitcases and I had to continually unpack and repack. The close up makeup mirror and arm was so far away from the light so you couldn't use it. I ended up looking like crap because I cant apply makeup without it, no plugs in the bathroom and only one night stand. All of the excursions were grouped in the center of the trip (three days), we are not that active and after the three days we were too tired to do any onboard activities. And lets not even

Ship was just ok. Food average. Workers on ship was awesome and friendly. Entertainment was good music in clubs were really good. Overall not up to other ships quality. Would not do another cruise with this line.

Wonderful experience

Enjoyed the full transit of the canal, highlight of the trip. Also set foot on South America for the first time in Cartagena. Ship was good, service excellent and food in main dining rooms very good.

This cruise was so enjoyable. The size of the ship was perfect (not too big or too small). We were very comfortable and well cared for by the amazing crew. The food was AMAZING!!! The seas were very calm with only one day of small swells during our entire journey. Some days were so calm and smooth, I swore we were on land. The ports we visited were all wonderful and the Panama canal passage was spectacular.

Cancelled some tours at last minute went to rebook a tour and all the good ones sold out Cagneys Steak house sevice and food subpar

We were very pleased with our NCL cruise.
