We were on floor 8 right under the Lido deck. We heard furniture moving every morning early and every night til very late. So annoying.

Our travel agent did a great job assisting us with this cruise, and Holland America did their usual outstanding job with the cruise itself: great ship, staff, food and excursions.

Our first cruise. Views of Patagonia and Antarctica were spectacular, all from the comfort and convenience of our balcony. Daily briefings on history and economy of areas visited made it all the more enjoyable. Dining was amazing - 5 star every night.

The cruise was not Transatlantic Repositioning. It was Jamaica, Belize, Honduras, and Key West FL. The ship was nice. Food was good in the dining room but not at the level as Celebrity Cruise Line. The drink package was annoying as you had to sign a receipt even if the drink was within the limits of your package. The entertainment in the theater at night was low budget and the worst I have seen on a cruise ship in a long time. We had a balcony room on the back of the ship. This trip was our first ever cruise. It was beyond our expectations! From the friendly and hard working staff throughout the ship, great entertainment, excellent food and the ports along the way were beautiful and lively.We always had so much cool stuff to see and do. There was never a dull moment. We just had an absolutely awesome time. Would highly recommend this trip?.

Third time on Nieuw Statendam each time it just gets better and better !

Staff courteous

We loved our cruise to Mexico and the staff and crew of Koningsdam are always wonderful. The food is fantastic and a wide variety is offered. It was especially being there for Christmas time. Fun activities and shows too.

Holland America offered all we expected - fine dining, musical venues, entertainment, and exquisite service -

I thoroughly enjoyed the Rotterdam, one of the newer Holland America ships. though large it does not feel like a mega ship. The ship is beautifully decorated and has a feel of quality perhaps above the standard cruise ship. The food was also a step above which all together made for a beautiful cruise.

Trip was below my expectations. Very old ship and services sub par. Had a Neptune suite which cost was high. Outside my deck was rusting and cracked

We enjoyed our cruise without any problems. Warm and relaxing was our goal. Holland America met those goals and more!

Loved everything about this cruise. Only my second cruise and so far my favourite. Ship was lovely and service top notch.

We have no complaints every think was good.

I have taken many cruises and this rates among the top. The crew was happy and helpful and the food was awesome. I did not care for the Italian restaurant but other than that it was great. The entertainment was better than other cruise lines. Lots of activities on board . This is not a cruise for a young thrill seekers. The average age was probably 65 and most were retired. I will definitely book with this line again.

1) Boat too crowdy: Very old passengers with reduced mobility. 2). We spent too much time on the sea.

Good looking ship, excellent crew, and food

The accommodations in Signature Suite were wonderful. Food on board was not flavorful. Brunch was delicious. We enjoyed the entertainment. Piano Bar entertainment was very good. Our last excursion was less than acceptable. Kennebunkport and Cruise. Cruise was canceled. This was after we already drove an hour to get there when they knew the cruise was not going to go when we were on our way. They could have let passengers decide if they wanted to go or return to ship. We HAD to spend 21/2 hours in town before returning to ship. All NOT ACCEPTABLE! Staff on ship were very courteous.
