Disappointed in charge for room service coffee in the morning.
Service was great everywhere,
Food overall was not as appetizing as in others cruises. Something needs to change with the desserts. The recipes are leaving out either butter, oil, or sugar. Cheesecake was the only ok dessert. Something is missing from the ice cream too. Ship

We had a great time with 32 other Canadians in our group,special mention to Baldwin&Sam our servers at table#129 in the Palm restaurant,they were awesome,also Casio in the Wheel House Bar was awesome ,he was very good to our whole group,overall we had a great trip!

The only concern was the Princess website. Difficult to access and follow. Misspelling of one person’s name led to difficulty with registration. Everything else was fine. Agent was very thorough and helpful.
