The cruise itself was good, but the experience at Lisbon, Portugal and Miami customs was terrible. We waited 2 1/2 hrs in the rain to board the ship. Then at Miami the disembarking was terrible. Another long wait, lines with bags to transfer to bus all exposed to weather. Lisbon was so bad, we decided to Never visit that port again.

This was our first NCL cruise. Good points specifically restaurants very good, MDR restaurants good too, buffet okay average. Cabin very nice, ships appearance interior and exterior good. Staff and services very good. Entertainment and entertainment venues very average difficult to find comfortable chairs in quiet areas. Although dining areas had dress code posted it was ignored and staff failed to address it. Very poor embarkation experience, the poorest of all cruises we’ve sailed on. Overall we enjoyed the cruise however, have reservations on possible future bookings with NCL
