Positives:
a) the onboarding and offboarding processes were quick and efficient - suspect it is so because this ship onboard and offboards passengers at EVERY port of call in contrast to other lines when everyone boards at the same time
b) the ship is beautiful and well maintained - with some interesting venues such as the India Tea Room which was peaceful and served some delightful tea blends from around the world
c) my aurora plus stateroom was comfortable and spacious and the cabin service was good
d) dining wait staff were superb - one member of our party has severe food allergies and the

The constant embarkation and disembarkation at every port, made the entire trip confusing and chaotic. Service was mediocre and the ship was extremely crowded.

We have taken over 20 sea cruises & this MSC cruise ranks near the lowest one among them. The food and shows were below par. The security personnel were rude.
