The ship was understaffed, not overly clean, food in dining room was marginal and the waiters didn’t seem to try to please you or treat you special. However, our MaitreD, Anil Kumar was very pleasant and accommodating. Entertainment was also very good. Jennifer Martinez and Faith Koruiki at the service desk were great. I enjoyed the cruise because I traveled with 8 friends but I would not book another cruise with MSC.

Positive comments: Very good entertainment theater shows. Except for the comedian. He could have stayed home. Crew, and cabin steward were very efficient. The private island was very beautiful, and clean.
Negative Comments: Cafeteria food very bland. Same food served every day and every meal. Ship schedule on days at sea, the food venue was not well planned, very crowded. Our embarkation time was 2:30 pm, When we arrived, there was nobody waiting, /We believe we could have boarded much earlier. For a suite, the cabin was much to small, with a large balcony, but no security between neighbors. A
