Shore Excursion Credit is up to $600 per cabin (up to $300 per person), in U.S. dollars, varies by length of sailing, applies to the 1st and 2nd guests only, has no cash value, is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Crew Appreciation is based on the pre-payment of the suggested gratuity amount by Holland America Line, in U.S. dollars, varies by cabin category, applies to the 1st and 2nd guests only, applies to select sailings only, has no cash value, is non-refundable, non-transferable, and does not include gratuities for bar, dining room wine accounts, or spa/salon services.
Specialty Dining Package varies by length of sailing and ship, applies to select sailings only, applies to the 1st and 2nd guests only, excludes Specialty Dining Events, has no cash value, is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Premium WiFi Package applies to the 1st and 2nd guests only, can be activated on any device but only one device can be actively connected at a time, is subject to availability, may limit browsing of some sites due to network security and bandwidth usage, applies to select sailings only, has no cash value, is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Low Price Guarantee provides that should a guest find a cheaper price for an identical booking within the booking window of this offer, the difference may be compensated in the form of an onboard credit, cabin upgrade, or other method as determined by Holland America Line.
The amount of compensation will be determined by the difference between the booked fare and the current available fare displayed on HollandAmerica.com the day the request is received by Holland America.
