What Should I Pack?
The first thing to remember is that you're on vacation and you are onboard Carnival Cruises’ ‘Fun Ships’ to have a good time. Secondly, remember to travel light. Keeping these two pieces of advice in mind are very important for packing.
Casual attire and resort wear is typically appropriate attire onboard and in-port. Shorts, slacks, sundresses, blouses, sandals, etc., are appropriate for women, and clothing for men is just as casual. Travelers might also want to consider bringing along a sweater or jacket for cool evenings and inexpensive rain gear in case of a sudden shower. While restaurants typically have casual dress code, there are also instances where you may visit a specialty restaurant or attend a special Captain’s Cocktail Party and Gala Farewell Dinner that requires business casual or formal attire. For days in port where you will be participating in various shore excursions, you should dress accordingly to the dress codes of the sites you are visiting, as well as bring a pair of sneakers for strenuous walking.
Formal Wear: Men: suit and tie, sport coat, tie and slacks; Women: evening dresses, cocktail dresses; pantsuits.
Casual Resort Wear: Men: sport shorts, slacks; Women: dresses, skirts, shorts, Capri pants.
*Please Note: Shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, and bathing attire are not permitted in the Dining Room during dinner.
Fitness / Recreation
Look good by the pool while staying in shape during your cruise vacation onboard Carnival Pride. Chat with Carnival Pride fitness professionals and maybe even pick up some new tips, or check out the jogging track, weights, or aerobics classes to keep up with your own workout regimens from home.
Entertainment
Shows

Bars and Nightclubs
Toast to old friends and the new ones you're making every day onboard Carnival Pride at one of the ship’s many bars, get your groove on at the nightclub, or sing along at the piano bar while enjoying an assortment of wines, brews, and spirits.
Live Entertainment
Catch a rising star as a wide variety of singers, comedians, bands, and musicians perform nightly out on deck or in one of the many clubs and lounges found onboard Carnival Pride. If you’re looking to break out into the entertainment world, try your vocals at karaoke night.

Ready to Relax? Feel the stress sail away as you pamper your body and mind. Soothe sore muscles with a trip to Carnival Cruises’ steam room and sauna or indulge in the ultimate relaxation with a full-body massage. Also, you can look your best while exploring Carnival Pride and all of the ship’s ports-of-call. Featuring a variety of beauty treatments for both men and women, including facials, loofah treatments, manicures, pedicures and hairstyling, the spa on Carnival Pride will definitely keep you looking your best.
Dining
Grab the entire family and head down to the Main Dining Room where you’ll be served a delicious multi-cuisine meal with savory options such as steak, seafood, pasta, chicken, or even vegetarian plates. If you’re in the mood for something quick, opt for the 24-hour room service menu or the 24-hour pizzeria. If you have a desire to try something a little fancier, check out David’s, the onboard steakhouse which offers savory and juicy cuts of meat. The buffet restaurant also allows even the pickiest eaters to be satisfied and offers a plethora of international dishes – many of which are inspired by the ports-of-call you visit.
Casino
Feeling lucky? Head down to the casino onboard Carnival Pride and try your luck on the slot machines, or play a hand of poker, blackjack, or even roulette.
Kids
Toddlers (ages 2-5)
Toddlers can enjoy an array of ‘Fun Ship’ activities including bingo, cartoon time, sponge painting, sing-alongs, face painting, arts and crafts, and various contests!
Juniors (ages 6-8)
Junior cruisers will love meeting kids their own age and can enjoy cookie decorating, t-shirt painting, puppet shows, outdoor games, Disney trivia, and more while getting to know their new pals!
Intermediates (ages 9-11)
The intermediate group will have a blast competing in ping pong tournaments, and playing video games, or partaking in dance classes and scavenger hunts.
Teens (ages 12-15)
Teens will love some time away from their parents to mingle with young adults their own age. They will enjoy themed parties, games, tournaments, outdoor activities, group dinners, and even late-night movies and munchies!
